Promoting sustainable and innovative mobility: in-tech launches subsidiary in4m consulting

New in-tech subsidiary shapes transformation in mobility

Mobility is becoming increasingly complex - and so are the associated development processes. Now it is important to see diversity as an opportunity and to take advantage of it. in-tech GmbH, a specialist for digitization in the automotive and transportation sector, has therefore founded the subsidiary in4m consulting GmbH. This supports companies in adapting to the transformation in mobility and realigning processes. in-tech owns 50 percent of the shares in the consulting company. Stefan Maier holds the other 50 percent. He has decades of experience in process consulting and has implemented numerous projects in the field, particularly in the automotive industry.

"#beatthecomplexity - that is our mission! ", says Stefan Maier, Managing Director in4m consulting. "The markets around mobility are in a serious process of upheaval or are emerging completely new. At the same time, goals and constraints are changing, the degree of interconnectedness of individual components continues to increase, and an increasing variety of expertise is involved in product development. This means that complexity will continue to increase. Manufacturers in the industry must adapt to these different trends - which often means far-reaching restructuring of traditional development processes. Accompanying this change and making it work as implementation consulting is our goal at in4m consulting."

Process consulting with technical know-how

The company is characterized by the special combination of many years of experience in process consulting and the profound insight into technical contexts. in4m consulting stands for highly professional process optimization, which the implementation consultants realize together with all parties involved. At the same time, the technical expertise of in-tech specialists flows into the work, in the truest sense of the word "from practice for practice". As a result, many development processes can be designed in a much more tailored manner.

Special services at a glance:

  • Standards-compliant development according to e.g. ASPICE, ISO 26262 or ISO 15288.

  • Introduction of agile methods

  • Implementation of shorter development times

  • Digitization of processes or methods

Strengthening sustainability in mobility

The transformation in the mobility sector opens up new possibilities for getting around. To get from A to B, there will be a mix of different ways in the future that users can combine at will. Whether by train, car via car sharing, e-scooter, bike or bus - transport routes and forms are interlocking. Flexibility is growing, as is the opportunity to be sustainably mobile. Effective, professional implementation of new business models makes these opportunities usable. After the founding of the company, the first projects in this field are underway at in4m consulting. Currently, we are looking for colleagues for implementation consulting and process consulting.
