in-tech receives two Great Place to Work® awards again

in-tech is one of the winners of the Great Place to Work® competitions "Best Employers in ICT 2023" and "Bavaria's Best Employers 2023".

in-tech GmbH has once again won two competitions organized by the Great Place to Work® research and consulting institute. The technology company was among the winners in both the industry competition "Best Employer in ICT 2023" and the state competition "Bavaria's Best Employer 2023". The awards stand for fair and respectful interaction, a strong team spirit, credible management and a high level of identification with the company.

What is remarkable this time is that in-tech employees rated their corporate culture even better than last time in all points. In addition to the points of credibility, respect, fairness, and pride, the leader is the rating for team spirit with 88% approval, which is even 22% above the survey average. "It is very important to us that our employees feel comfortable, experience appreciation and trust, and enjoy coming to work," adds Tobias Wagner, Managing Director at in-tech. "The fact that we have now been able to maintain our excellent corporate culture for many years fills us with pride. At the same time, the excellent survey results confirm to us that new work concepts such as mobile working, desk sharing or sabbaticals do not affect team cohesion."

Great Place to Work® certifies organizations on the basis of anonymous employee surveys and analysis of HR measures. Every year, particularly excellent employers are recognized for their performance.
