in-tech receives double Great Place to Work® award for "Bavaria's Best Employers" and "Best Employers in ITK“

Forward-looking and innovative, combined with satisfied employees: in-tech GmbH has once again been named one of the best in the state competition "Bavaria's Best Employers" and "Best Employers in ITK" by the research and consulting institute Great Place to Work®. Companies that offer their employees attractive and conducive working conditions were awarded and evaluated. "We are very pleased to have once again received this award as an exemplary employer. The award is an incentive for us to maintain our positive working atmosphere in the coming years. At the same time, we will respond to new conditions such as the current pandemic and continue to promote the satisfaction of our employees in their daily tasks," says Tobias Wagner, Managing Director at in-tech.

Bavarian companies of all sectors and sizes took part in the current Great Place to Work® state competition "Bavaria's Best Employers 2021" and "Best Employers in ITK". They voluntarily submitted themselves to an independent examination by the Great Place to Work® Institute and the judgement of their own employees on the existing workplace culture. The list of the best employers was determined from the total field of participants. The companies use the differentiated survey results and employee input both for the further development of their corporate culture and for effective and credible employer branding.

Team spirit, credibility and respect

The in-tech employees particularly emphasised the team spirit in the company, which is characterised by the friendly working atmosphere and the general cohesion. In addition, managers are always approachable, always inform employees about all news in the company on time and trust their teams. Furthermore, in-tech scored points with its workforce with great respect for hard-working employees, who always receive a high level of recognition. In general, there is a very positive work-life balance in the company. "It is very important for us that our employees feel comfortable and enjoy coming to work. We underline this with our appreciation for special commitment to projects and respect for each individual. This is the only way we can motivate our teams to constantly present fresh ideas in their projects and to identify with the company and its innovative spirit," says the CEO.
