in-tech is among the winners of the Great Place to Work competition “Germany’s best employers 2016“ for the fourth time. in-tech’s company culture had already been awarded in 2011, 2012 and 2014. Our formula for success: top grades for team spirit, working environment and work-life balance.
The nationwide competition “Great Place to Work” evaluates the workplace culture of participating companies by an employee survey – this means the employees get a chance to speak and to evaluate their employers. The 100 best participants are awarded “Germany’s best employers”. In March 2016, in-tech was awarded the price for the fourth time.
Not only the open and cordial behavior of employees and managers contributes to this, but also the monthly event budget of teams which can be spent for common activities such as Christmas market, karting or going to a cocktail bar. A special program for new colleagues making a career entry easier attracts many university graduates.
Another crucial reason for the employee satisfaction is the architecture of the different branches. “We have attached a lot of importance to an appealing design of the premises”, in-tech manager Bastian Friedrich stated. “Our team has to feel comfortable at work”. This includes sundecks with a nice green environment in viewing range or own gyms in which courses are given regularly.
