We are looking for Recruiting Specialist to join our team in Shenyang. As a Recruiting Specialist you will work with experienced engineers in automotive industry and will develop yourselves deep into this area.
Direct sourcing through various channels(e.g.: Linkedin, Liepin, Zhaopin, etc.)
Review incoming applications, schedule and conduct interviews with potential employees.
Use ATS system (d.vinci) to track candidate applications and document interview notes.
Meet with line managers to discuss their openings and qualifications needed.
Find creative ways to identify candidates for difficult to fill roles.
Follow up offering process and onboarding.
Bachelor's Degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, English or related field, Engineering study background is highly preferred.
At least 2+ years recruitment experience in international working content, specialized in Automotive industry is a plus.
Proficient in oral and written English, German skills will be an advantage.
Team player with positive attitude, willing to communicate with internal and external people.
Self-motivate and result-driven.
